We have been headquartered on the University of Sussex campus since 1996. With our first off-campus innovation hub, Sussex Innovation Croydon, launching in October 2015.With the organisation's support, 4 in 5 founders have moved their businesses from concept to sustainable profitability, and more than £175million has been raised in equity investments and grants.Sussex Innovation hosts more than 200 member companies, spanning a range of sectors from the forefront of engineering and biomedical research to charities and purpose-led organisations. From the original £2 million invested in the first Sussex Innovation Centre, it has gone on to support over £750M of cumulative revenues for businesses across the South of England.
