Teammates.nu is a social enterprise based in Copenhagen. The work we do is twofold - combining entrepreneurship with social engagement.Everyone should have the opportunity to prove themselves. We at teammates give immigrants into Denmark that opportunity. We provide labor solutions for SME's from the service and catering industry while ensuring fair living wages and friendly working conditions for immigrants. Through the agreement with our clients, a (minimal) service fee is generated to support educational and healthcare projects in developing countries. By having strong collaborations with local NGOs we can guarantee a full transaction to the social causes. We strive to serve as a model example for other social development entities and businesses.Immigrants get jobs, employers attain reliable workers and profits go to child sponsorships in developing countries, everyone wins.
