The Grind Africa is a youth-focused advisory firm that's focused on re-writing the African youth narrative by providing insights and bespoke services to various stakeholders. The company founded in 2016 as a direct response to the impending youth challenge facing the continent of Africa. We specialize in tailored solutions for organizations- primarily helping them craft effective internal youth strategies for recruitment, training and retention of Afri-millennial talent, while helping them develop progressive market related strategy using our youth insights for the consumer side. The Grind Africa has become known for it's bespoke platform The Grind Sessions, which an invitation only gathering for youth influencers in Africa which was launched in partnership with the Standard Bank Incubator.
