The Subtle Agency was founded in 2019 by digital space veteran Todd Suttle, after identifying a gap in how SMB's approached transitioning their business into the digital space. In our experience, digital transformation and digital strategy was normally left to large businesses and those in the enterprise space. These organisations had vast teams to manage change and an abundance of resources to transition. The frameworks and processes being used in these spaces didn't fit the everyday needs of SMB's, and more often than not, they were left to fend for themselves, leaving many behind. We decided that something needed to be done to bridge this gap and The Subtle Agency was founded.
