Having worked for a bank for 23 years Neil decided that it was time for a change. He is in the business of human potential which means that he is an expert on such topics as Confidence, Motivation, Self-Worth and Self-Belief.He is Ireland's number one conference speaker on these topics and when he's not conferencing he's coaching individuals and teams.In the Summer months he coaches sports people and has worked successfully at Inter-County / Senior cLub level in football and hurling and with professional and amateur golfers.
