VLC believes there is a need for affordable consulting services to the small and mid-size family entertainment centers, amusement parks and waterparks.VLC specializes in loss prevention evaluation; project management; appraisal and valuation services; policies and procedures development; operations, maintenance and training manuals and equipment procurement services.VLC provides safety and training seminars for the Amusement Industry Manufacturers & Suppliers International ("AIMS") and the Pennsylvania Amusement Park Association ("PAPA").
