At Yeti Journals, we believe that we have more control over our lives than we think we do. We thrive to be a resource for mindfulness, physical and emotional cutter-free living, sustainability and spirituality practices. Our blog posts talk about emotional mastery, spiritual healing and growth, healthy attachment patterns in all relationships and setting boundaries with people. Mindfulness definitely buds as at an individual practice level but it can only thrive if a supportive community is built around these practices. Having a likeminded community means having a support group who can listen with no judgment and love with an open heart. We believe in letting people in their mindfulness and wellness journey realise that they are not alone and that taking one baby step at a time is what is important.Mindfulness and living a non-complex life in today's world is not a one-size-fits-all formula. Managing stress and living in the now can be approached by each individual in their own ways that fit individual lifestyles. The most important journey of the learning process is the unlearning process. Unlearning the habits and mindset that no longer serve you is not as easy as it sounds. We believe that the mastery of living a mindful life is possible if we learn to practice the art of letting go of things that no longer serve you.
