Zero Bureau is a creative collective based in Hong Kong SAR since 2019, previously operating in Europe since 2009. It is consisting of like-minded creatives and affiliates from different disciplines and various corners of the world, bringing their skills into the mix. Nature of Zero collective is multispecialized with Branding Design as staring point, branching out as needed on case by case basis to product design, graphic design - visual communication, advertising, fashion, packaging and more across digital and physical realms, leaning as much on technology or commercial trends as it does on art. Zero design philosophy is a holistic approach to creativity and design thinking, all about creating or adding value regardless of the nature of the task. The Zero approach has its roots in sublime visual form - logo design, where an opportunity for storytelling is so reduced that there is no other option but to be clever and sophisticated in a single stroke. Thinking broadly and playfully, then condensing it concretely and to the point, logo design is the first, fundamental brick in the structure of a brand, designed to build a great thing with and upon. This type of design thinking, extreme focus only on what matters, harsh purity and distilled honesty in execution extends across anything and everything touched by Zero Bureau.
