Knowledge has to be free, accessible, and comprehensible. However, up to this time our society has not even a structure of knowledge it has. Even the structure of scientific directions is absent. Only top specialists have a kind of its structure of knowledge in their area in their heads. Meanwhile, amount of information doubles almost every year.Information is not a knowledge, but our internal computer knows no difference. Like any other system, we've been learning by reinforcement, not by understanding what is right or wrong. It's not so obvious, but ignorance is a form of lore. Newbies have to break through this great amount of data, lack of structure and comprehension. A person with an average level of education and without a good mentor can't even think about self-learning, actually. This should be changed.
