Hoje a Masterboi conta com mais de 3.500 colaboradores espalhados pelo Brasil em 4 unidades frigoríficas, 2 centros de distribuição e 6 lojas de atacado e varejo.O grupo exporta para diversos países, dentre eles o Chile, a China e Países Árabes.
