Their services include the likes of V02 max testing, metabolic age testing and more. The testing is completed here at our gym in Tallaght (or we can travel to you) using the gym equipment and specialised testing equipment. Note that you can book in for testing even if you are not a member of the gym. After your testing you will receive a personalised results handout and will be able to talk with your tester about your results and how you can use them to unlock your full fitness potential.
