We don't want to be in 48 states or 29 different countries.We simply want to be the best management company.Currently, Portico manages approximately 15,000 units across 50 communities nationwide, with focused expansion in the metropolitan areas of Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Nashville, Phoenix and the greater Southwest.
