I find these young heroes via the internet, or if I happen to know them personally, and write interview questions tailored to their project and background. I then give them a 20-30 minute interview, where they can freely tell their stories, what challenges they faced or are facing along the way, what the goal of their organization is, and a chance to shout themselves out. Once our interview is over, I post it on the Y.E.S social media and my own to further publicize their great work. For example, I interviewed my brother Nick Priest about his Non-Profit Organization called Nick's Power of Play, which gives kids battling childhood illnesses the chance to have an outlet through gaming. I posted the interview to my site, and my social media platforms, which gave many people who hadn't known he was doing such a noble act the opportunity to hear what he was doing and potentially be inspired to start their own entrepreneurial journey. If I have connections in my network that would benefit my interviewees, I will connect them to said people or organizations so they would be able to have new opportunities and a larger outreach.
