PT Waskita Beton Precast (WSBP) is one of the subsidiaries of PT Waskita Karya (Persero), Tbk which is operating in manufacturing industry of precast and readymix concrete. WSBP was established at October 2014 where previously WSBP was a precast division of PT Waskita Karya (Persero), Tbk since 1 January 2013 which focused on precast and readymix concrete production. The Company has successfully undertaken various projects in the field of toll-road, bridges, high-rise building, and river revitalization.PT Waskita Beton Precast has pretty fast capacity development. In 2014, precast production capacity was 800,000 ton/year and until 2016, WSBP has production capacity of 2,650,000 ton/year. Up until now, PT. Waskita Beton Precast operates 10 (ten) precast plants, which are: Precast Plant Karawang, Precast Plant Cibitung, Precast Plant Sadang, Precast Plant Sidoarjo, Precast Plant Subang, Precast Plant Kalijati, Precast Plant Bojanegara, Precast Plant Klaten, and 2 Precast Plant di Palembang (Soekarno-Hatta and Gasing). Besides, the Company also has 41 batching plants that are scattered in all over Java, Sumatera, and Sulawesi Island.With the ever-growing company performance, and the increasing demand for precast and readymix products, PT Waskita Beton Precast realizes that it needs to expand and develop the business to become one of the biggest precast and readymix concrete manufacturing company in Indonesia. This fact underlines the Company to conduct Initial Public Offering in Indonesia Stock Exchange at 20 September 2016 by releasing 10.54 billion of shares with offering price of Rp 490/share. Consequently, the Company obtains fresh fund from the IPO of Rp 5.16 trillion with the underwriters are PT Mandiri Sekuritas, PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Bahana Securities, dan PT BNI Securities.

Established in January 1, 1961 Waskita Karya is one of leading state companies in Indonesia which plays a major role in the development of the country. Originated from a Dutch company named "Volker Aannemings Maatschappij N.V."​, which was expropriated under the Government's Decree No.62/1961, Waskita Karya was initially participated in the water related developments including reclamation, dredging, harbor and irrigation.Ever since 1973, however, legal status of Waskita Karya's has changed to "Persero"​ PT. Waskita Karya, with a more familiar summon "Waskita"​. From then on, the company started to expand its business as general contractor engaging in a wider range of construction activities including highways, bridges, ports, airports, buildings, sewerage plants, cement plants, factories and other industrial facilities.In 1980, Waskita started to undertake a wide variety of projects involving advanced technology. Transfer of technology was conducted through business alliances in the form of joint operations and joint venture with reputable foreign companies. Significant and outstanding accomplishments which become national pride are Sukarno-Hatta Airport, Siwabessy Multipurpose Reactor, and Muara Karang Coal Fired Power Plant in Jakarta. Entering year 1990, Waskita has completed numerous high rise buildings with well earned reputation such as BNI City (the tallest building in Indonesia), Bank Indonesia Office Buildings, Graha Niaga Tower, Mandiri Plaza Tower, Shangri-La Hotel and several multi-storey apartment buildings in Jakarta and other cities in Indonesia. Waskita has achieved distinguished performances in the construction of long span pre-stressed concrete bridge using free cantilever system by successfully completed three bridges: Raja Mandala, Rantau Berangin, and Barelang IV. Another major achievement using similar technology was accomplished in the construction of "Pasteur-Cikapayang-Surapati"​ elevated road and cable stayed bridge in Bandung. The same success story was also achieved in the construction of several major dams such as Pondok, Grogkak, Tilong, Gapit, and Sumi, which were completed ahead of schedule with satisfying quality. The effort in always prioritizing quality ahead of anything else has enabled Waskita in obtaining certification of ISO 9002:1994 in November 1995; which became a convincing international recognition on the ISO Quality Management System implemented by the company and a starting point towards the era of global competition. In November 2009, Waskita has successfully updated its Quality Management System and was able to obtain certification of ISO 9001:2008. This becomes a strong indication on how the company understands and always tries to satisfy specific needs of its customer.
