Fulton factory was initially established in Shangdong Province in 2002 producing duplicating paper what helped Fulton to accumulate enterprise reputation, market share and development funds. At that period, Fulton had 200 employees.The founder Mr.Yu went to six countries and spent a whole year overseas study tour in 2005, When he came back to his hometown Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, he established Jixin and imported technology & equipment for silicon coated acid-free baking paper, wax paper, greaseproof paper and printed sandwich paper.
