("CDB Capital" or "国开金融") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Development Bank ("CDB" or "国家开发银行") with a registered capital of USD 8 billion.CDB Capital maintains a unique and significant position within the CDB system. As the affiliated investment arm of CDB, CDB Capital is responsible for making investments in equity sectors, and utilizes CDB branches both domestically and abroad as deal sourcing resources.
