Agama is a multi disciplinary consultancy, delivering a number of projects, including: developing a climate change strategy for the Bayelsa state government (including mitigation and adaptation actions); undertaking a feasibility study on waste management/electricity generation for the Nigerian Prison Service; advising Aeronautical Engineering and Technical Services Limited (a company owned and operated by the Nigerian military) on environmental protection, energy and land management; undertaking a technical, financial and economic assessment on utility sized solar power projects on behalf of the Kaduna and Yobi state governments. Peter Ritchie also provides consultancy services and advice to the office of the Senate President and PARP (National Assembly), and has been used as a resource person by the Nigerian Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI) and the Nigerian Climate Action Network; he is also a member of the Steering Committee of the "Strengthening Oil Revenue Management in the Niger Delta" project, alongside ANEEJ, the Embassy's of Norway and Switzerland, the World Bank and NEITI.
