The training world is littered with bandwagon jumpers and self appointed "experts." Our lead consultant has had her (past) successes documented in federal grant applications! Success Sample: Providing leadership training and job-embedded support to building level administrators and teacher leaders.During the 2008-2009 school year, our lead consultant provided on-site technical assistant to eight (8) schools in the areas of school leadership and mathematics. (1) The schools that received on-site technical assistance showed increases in student achievement at the advanced level in mathematics that that were 3.5 times greater than the school district as a whole. (2) The schools that received on-site technical assistance showed growth in proficiency in mathematics equal to 2-3 times greater than the remainder of the district. (3) In the schools that received on-site technical assistance, students posted percentage point reductions in below basic double the district reduction in below basic in math.
