American Karate & Fitness was established in 2005 by founder John Bucchino. The studio has seen hundreds of students come through our doors, all leaving more self-confident, disciplined, and more equipped to handle life at school, work, or at home. We teach American Kenpo Karate, and have a team of instructors with years and years of experience working with students of all ages, capabilities, and experience.
