In the late 1950's as the founders of the company acquired property for themselves and sold property to their clients; they formed a property management division within Anchor Realty, Inc. Anchor Realty currently manages approximately 1,000 residential units and numerous commercial properties, which range from warehouses to shopping malls throughout the Bay Area.
