We use specially designed bike frames which sit stationary at the bottom of any pool. Sitting half out of the water, your legs pedal away enjoying the benefits of underwater exercise. We have 10+ years experience in water activities and we want to develop this activity in Victoria. Our professional staff customise classes specific to your fitness goals, from low intensity rehabilitation and recovery to high intensity underwater spinning. The bikes might be stationary, but our business is not. As long as there is a pool (private or public pools, retirement villages, sporting clubs, sporting centres, therapy/wellness centres, resorts/hotels), we come to our customers, set the bikes up and enjoy a session.
