We started Bellabee for two reasons. One, we wanted to challenge the traditional flower delivery business model which is outdated and overpriced. Making someone's day with a bouquet of flowers shouldn't be prohibitively expensive. We seek to have the best experience by offering hand-delivered local flowers at extraordinary prices.Two, flowers need bees and bees need flowers. A species of bumblebees was recently declared endangered in the United States. Since bees are a vitally important part of the flower ecosystem, we believe it's our job as a flower company to help save the bees. This is why a portion of the purchase of every bouquet goes to 501(c)(3) charities dedicated to saving the bees.
