With two companies under his belt, it led him to start his new venture, Build Well Development which currently has a portfolio of several properties within New York and New Jersey. He recently completed Montauk Panoramic, a multi-million single-family project in Montauk, and is in plans to acquire and develop 2-3 new projects in 2021.Evan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
