As a nonprofit agency, the Community Technical Assistance Center (CTAC) seeks to improvethe rate of success and the wisdom of investment in community development by strengthening the grassroots link in the development chain. CTAC strengthens the structure of community organizations and the skills of community leaders through education, professional guidance, technical support, referrals and an information center for community development resources.
