At Convenient Counseling Services, we provide quality therapy by licensed mental health professionals via telehealth. Therapy takes place in a HIPAA-secured online therapy room, and clients have 24/7 access to their client portal, allowing them to retrieve or send documents, send private messages to their therapist, or schedule/reschedule appointments. Often, people face barriers to going to therapy, and therapy quickly moves away from being a priority. With online therapy, many barriers are taken away, allowing clients to focus on the therapy process, and not the other nuance of attending therapy. With online therapy, anonymity is 100% confidential as clients do not have to fear others seeing them walking in or out of a practice. Travel barriers are also excluded, allowing clients to 'go to therapy' in their home, in their office, or wherever they may be at the time of appointment.
