After 20 years in the civil engineering industry, and a challenging role as a program manager of a dam safety program, I found myself questioning everything I had been taught to believe. I broke down every "should" and examined whether I believed it. (Most of the time, the answer was no) This questioning brought me back to myself and showed me a new purpose. Instead of climbing the corporate ladder to senior-level positions, I jumped off and began embracing the qualities I used to believe were weaknesses: direct, challenging, and catalyzing. I combined them with my highly intuitive nature to bridge intuition and reasoning.My coaching style is empathetic and direct. I create a safe space for my clients to dive deep into their inquiries.
