We know that the only way to ensure the quality of each & every clean we provide is to fully employ the right people, who are extensively trained & contractually obliged to clean to our very high standards. As a Dirty Cows Client you receive:* A personal cleaning consultation, carried out by your Dirty Cows Manager, prior to your first clean, where you will be invited to be as fussy and particular as possible about how you would like your property cared for each visit. * A bespoke cleaning schedule where all of your cleaning expectations are highlighted with a copy provided to you & your cleaner. * A fully vetted & trained professional Dirty Cows cleaner. * On your cleaners' first visit to your property, they will be met by their manager and shown through your regular cleaning routine, paying attention to your individual requests. * Your own Quality Manager, who will carry out regular and random quality spot checks on your cleaner whilst they are at your property. * Detailed monthly invoices. * Entry to our annual competition for the chance to win having your cleaning invoice paid for a whole year.
