El Jardin de Manila is a tribute to the passing of a great friend, Miguel; and adopts the same name and logo of a restaurant he wanted to give life in his hometown of Buenos Aires, Manila.Traveling the world while pursuing a Master's Degree (Master in Global Entrepreneurial Management) in three prestigious universities on three different continents: Europe, Asia, and North America gave us invaluable knowledge about business, culture, people, and life itself. El Jardin de Manila aims to bring these discoveries and experiences from all over the world to one place.We sought to create an environmentally conscious space where a border-defying dining experience, a healthful sensibility, and a joyous atmosphere harmoniously collide. Our menu of contemporary comfort foods and drinks highlights our multicultural influence. Despite El Jardin's origin and namesake, the imported beef and private label wines are the only Argentinian about us. Our tropical décor draws notes from Bali and my Filipino roots and each dish features some of the highest quality ingredients from all over the world like the cheese raclette from Switzerland.From the furniture to the utensils, down to the smallest of details, nothing was left unaccounted for in our efforts to consistently deliver the best experience possibleOnce again, our goal is to make everyone feel welcome, at home, and part of the EJDM family. We believe that all of our customers deserve the highest level of service, and we are committed to providing just that.
