The Empress Foundation develops and executes empowerment projects that address issues facing disconnected Youth and Women worldwide. We mentor, train and inspire in the areas of entrepreneurship, scholastic achievement and social advocacy. These activities are the cornerstone of the Foundation's path to personal development. In addition, we advocate for social assistance for disadvantaged individuals and groups within our target demographic. Our identity as a humanitarian organization is inspired by who we envision an empowered woman should be: a woman who has a strong sense of self, who is enterprising and who embraces her innate nurturing gifts to empower others. These are the characteristics and values that are intrinsic to who we are, how we work and where we seek out opportunities to foster economic, scholastic and personal fulfillment in our quest to build the individual into productive citizens who in turn help build thriving communities.
