ETHOS is deployed all over the City of Haifa, in dozens of facilities, with the objective of encouraging quality recreational activities, being an active part in the lives of hundreds of thousands of Haifa and northern regions residents and is a fountainhead of cultural and sports activities for the residents of the north and of all Israel, whether by means of the development and establishment of infrastructure and cultural and sporting facilities or by infusing live and dynamic content into routine life in the city of Haifa.
