Rather than explain his tactics verbally Rafa wanted a way to do it visually, but with nothing on the market even close to doing this, he commissioned a simple iPad app especially for the show. Simple it may have been but it was so effective when projected to that large audience it was immediately obvious it would also work up close - coaches explaining ideas to players visually, overcoming the language barriers faced in most modern dressing rooms.With Globall Coach the old tactics boards and flipcharts make way for tablets and big screens, and magnetic markers are replaced by moving counters on the screen, helping the coach work through the language barrier present in every modern football dressing room.Set plays can be created and then, without having to start all over from the beginning, adapted and tuned and used time and time again.
