We make whiskey people once died for.White Whiskey, unaged at 90 Proof (45% ABV), sold in bottles or bulk to other manufacturers as white whiskey at 90 Proof, or neutral spirits at 160 Proof.Straight Whiskey aged 12 months in Oak barrels, small batches blended and available for sale to other domestic manufacturers for use by them to rectify their own spirits.Bourbon Whiskey: aged in new white oak barrels longer than two years and be sold as Bourbon Whiskey in bottles or casks. Deluxe Bourbon Whiskey: a superior quality whiskey evaluated periodically, minimally once every year, to determine if the maturity of the whiskey. An example of inventory managed in this manner by Suntory has resulted in several of their products having a value above $300 USD on the international market, with one product, Hibiki 30 Year Old, retailing for $1647 USD.
