H.E.R. Academy is a virtual school offering free-of-cost, quality foundational and secondary education schooling for refugee and displaced youth around the world. Due to immense challenges in reaching our target population residing in vast refugee settlements, our unique strategy focuses on the delivery of courses, counselling, and mentorship through virtual means. Our teachers live stream from around the world, directly interacting with youth with the aid of local partners and translators. Challenges to connectivity are typically met by installation of satellite dishes or towers which allow for seamless access to online content.
