Using the NLP (Neuro Linguistics Programming) framework , I deliver coaching sessions and workshops to both individuals and teams. This coaching focuses on the individual, improving self awareness and providing an emotional tool kit that helps to maintain a positive mindset and communicate effectively with those around them.
