Highfield Priory School is an Independent Co-educational Day School for children from the age of two to eleven years. We are situated in the Fulwood area of Preston, within easy distance of the M6 which makes us handy for parents on their daily commute. The school is a real haven of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of the busy city. We enjoy nine acres of grounds, our own conservation area and outdoor classroom. Our Nursery School is situated in its own purpose built bungalow within the school grounds and it retains its independent character whilst enjoying all the additional facilities that the school has to offer. This year Highfield Priory School was the proud winner of the National Junior and Preparatory School Award for Excellence and Innovation (Independent Schools' Association). This was awarded to Highfield for its long history of academic excellence (seven years in the top thirty Preparatory schools in England -The Sunday Times) as well as its excellence and innovation across the curriculum and in our extra-curricular programme.
