She created a company to provide unmet needs in the Chicago-land area. Many of her clients were snowbirds, business travelers and professional athletes who spent the off-season away from Chicago. Lilian found herself providing turnkey service for contractors collecting mail, starting automobiles, and a host of other services needed to keep her clients empty homes safe, secure, and well maintained. Yet the most requested service was to simply, "Check in" and make sure everything was just as they had left it.A natural progression to property management occurred later as clients decided to rent their homes.
