IMPULSA Capital Humano is borne out of the need to formalize people management in small and medium growing companies, to assist leaders in retaining the talent that has supported them in their growth, recognizing their effort and investing in their professional and personal development, because this will ultimately contribute to their collective success.Our mission is to work alongside our partners (we prefer not to use the term "clients" as our goal is to establish collaborative relationships) in building their own HR Departments as well as restructuring or refocusing existing HR Departments. For large businesses, we provide interim support for HR teams as well as a HR Business Partner service for other areas that require assistance with the creation, development and growth of teams, both in the short and medium term.
