Kidfit Programs use the FITERACY coaching method to create LOW ANXIETY Learning environments for children and parents and to link their programs to literacy and language development.We run programs for parents/ carers to be physically active and creative with their children from birth.We also link all our programs with a development of literacy through our programs enabling all children and adults to become engaged in learning about physical activity through dance, art, bookmaking and sport.
