The Leadership Action Centre focuses on helping organizations retain and develop their most valuable asset – their employee talent. Organizations that properly train and invest in their employees have a critical advantage over their competitors and set themselves apart for success.The Centre uses simulation training to teach skills such as communication, team building, decision making, and risk taking. Team members must find solutions to real world situations with consequences and successes.The Centre offers three simulations. • The Leadership Reality is built on a company undergoing changes in management and having employees who are disengaged. • Leadership in Action is built on a company going through a union campaign and facing situations that cause employees to seek third party intervention. • Reality Customer Service features a retail store and various customer service situations involving associates, customers, and community groups.The simulations may be customized to meet an organization's particular needs or requirements. Follow-up may be provided through individual coaching and through webinar sessions. The Centre works with diverse organizations such as manufacturing, logistics, service, retail, healthcare, and education and with individuals from all management levels.
