Our journey started in 2002 with "Osaka" a restaurant with a casual atmosphere, good music, and a cosmopolitan bar that creates an exceptional experience that appeals to and conquers all the five senses, this is what gives our brand the energy and credibility of being successful not only in Peru but also worldwide. In 2014 two new brands joined our corporation; "Barrio" a restaurant with a gastronomic proposal that combines Peruvian traditions and street culture, paying careful attention to detail and constantly mixing Peruvian flavors of all regions resulting in unique gastronomy: generous, tasty, and sophisticated. "KO Asian Kitchen" is a modern restaurant inspired by Asian cuisine that encompasses seven countries, cultures, and cuisine styles with an urban and casual concept and style. In 2016 "Dondoh" opened its doors inspired by the Izakayas and Robatayakis from Japan; this is how the first Japanese grill emerged in Peru. At the end of 2017, we inaugurated a new concept that resulted in "Carnaval" a conceptual and classic cocktail bar that aims to create experiences through cocktail services changing the rules of the game; this bar was born because of Aaron's travels around the world and experiences. He is the CEO of Carnaval as well as the creative director of Carnaval which currently is Nº44 in "The World's 50 Best Bars."
