Modern Anesthesia is a private practice anesthesiology group covering the Phoenix, Glendale, Scottsdale and greater valley area. It was founded by Dr. Jason Begalke with the mission to provide exceptional physician anesthesia care.Dr. Begalke earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and medical degree from Midwestern University, Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine (AZCOM). He completed anesthesiology residency in the Michigan State University Anesthesiology Program at Detroit Medical Center (DMC), where he was a delegate to the American Society of Anesthesiologists. Dr. Begalke is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Teaching Practitioner with AZCOM. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Society of Anesthesiologists and the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association. His professional interests include regional anesthesia and pediatric anesthesia.
