With BCfit, we strive to help you maintain a healthy balance between your workout goals and your life. That's why we have created a few different approach options for you. From one on one, small group, to online training/coaching after the sun goes down, we give you all the choices you could possibly need or want! We also believe in offering nutritional consultation to our clients. That's right. All of our clients will receive some level of nutritional guidance, from group discussions that come with your membership, to one on one consultation for a little extra a month. And, to top it off, we at BCfit, can come to you in a group setting or some one on one with the personal attention you're looking for.
