NECCTAR is a not for profit company.The company was formed with the express intent of providing assistance to vulnerable, disadvantaged and out of work members of the community throughout the North East and Cumbria. This will be achieved through a coordinated approach to provide support, training and awareness sessions to people. It will be coordinated through partnership working with major service providers and influential organisations such as local authorities, police, courts, probation, social services and funding providers.
