 Chair and lead strategic planning, budget, internal audit, policies and procedures developing and implementation, costing, risk management, accounting package implementation and asset management committees. Act as head of corporate finance and capital restructuring plans. Maintain banking relationships to ensure that the Company's needs for credit, risk management transactions and banking services can be effectively met.  Develop and control the Holding investment programs.
