Never Mind the Bicycles is all about getting people out onto their bikes (or trikes, etc) to enjoy the outdoor world. We'll agree a route, perhaps the best way to get to work, the shops or your favourite cafe. I'll listen to you about any fears you might have and tailor a session to get you going at your pace. Whether you're struggling with fitness, traffic, punctures, comfort, directions, we'll get you out!Or perhaps you fancy joining a social ride, meeting up with riders of similar ability to explore the area and all the goodies it has to offer (and there are lots around here!).
