New Beginning began life as a small group of barristers providing pro bono legal representation to people facing repossession of their family homes. New Beginning lawyers ran test cases before the Irish Courts, effectively ending repossessions in the State providing space for the creation of new laws to help people find resolution to over indebtedness. New Beginning assisted in the preparation of those new laws which now means that Ireland has among the most effective personal insolvency regime in the world. In 2013 New Beginning was authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland to provide debt management services. In 2015 New Beginning was authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland to provide financial services and by the Insolvency Service of Ireland to provide Personal Insolvency Services.We now provide funding services and legal services through our partner law firm.
