NYWPC is a youth development organization using its organized swimming and water polo program as a tool to instill in young boys and girls the leadership, pride, spirit of cooperation, creativity, joy and discipline needed to confront the adversity in their daily lives and to promote their future development. The program is offering positive choices, and providing a safe place environment for young people to develop and grow physically, mentally and emotionally as well as building self-confidence and is designed to serve the following age groups:8 & under co-ed (Splashball) / 10 & under co-ed 12 & under boys / 12 & under girls14 & under boys / 14 & under girls16 & under boys / 16 & under girls18 & under boys / 18 & under girls
