Unfortunately, this means that the money remains in Europe while local tour guides and operators miss out.Ngala Tours was started in 2011 by a Mombasa based tour guide and a European on holiday who wished to create a direct link between European tourists and the Kenyan tour guides who have the experience and expertise to provide professional tours, while also creating an enterprise that would benefit locals. The physical distance between Europe and Kenya, further widened through challenges related to language, culture, and technological and infrastructure differences, often make it difficult for tourists to reach the tour guides in Kenya. Ngala Tours aims to bridge that gap.
