PTSC Ltd provides disruptive thinking at both a strategic and engineered level to batch chemical processes, through a combination of proprietary Process Intensified (PI) batch reactor technology and semi/ continuous processing. Utilising a combination of "new" reaction technology, LEAN thinking and process energy recovery PTSC Ltd is able to provide a completely new efficient, and cost effective alternative production process methodology, whilst retaining the traditional flexibility of "old" inefficient batch processes. In targeting these developments the increase in total process plant performance is always in excess of 100%, of current "old" batch rector total plant output performance. On this basis process plants can be redeveloped to double output or asset halved to maintain same output.
