Development Organisation Talos is a private initiative which was founded in September in 2000 and registered as a limited liability company with the name RTD Talos Ltd. Talos was founded in a period in which the global economic environment had transmuted into a new economy and the Cypriot companies, especially the SMEs, faced extremely serious competitiveness problems. At the same time the Cypriot government initially found itself confronted the challenges of the alignment with the acquis communautaire, then the implementation of the development policy in the framework of the wider European effort.From its foundation, Talos has gone through a dynamic growth and it soon became acknowledged as one of the credible associates in consulting market in Cyprus.
